Delivery
Your purchase at our online shop will be prepared and passed over to the courier within 24 hours upon the receipt of your order. Delivery within EU usually takes from 2 to 10 working days.
Delivery within Europe. Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders below €100, a flat shipping fee of €10 applies to deliveries to Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, France, Czechia, Slovakia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy. For shipments to Lithuania and Estonia for purchases under €100, shipping costs may under €3.50.

Delivery within Latvia. Delivery within Latvia is free for orders over €100. For orders below €100, we offer delivery to parcel lockers for a fee of €2.
Upon the shipment of the goods, we will send you the delivery tracking code to follow your purchase.
To ensure qualitative delivery we cooperate with the courier companies such as Omniva, DPD and Unisend.
Returns
You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it by:

Alternatively, you can choose delivery to an Omniva or DPD parcel locker at Rimi, Pulkveža Brieža Street 33, Riga, Latvia.
The goods must be unused and undamaged.
We will usually refund your order good value within 10 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse. But please note, that it might take longer for refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time. Delivery costs are not returned.
Return of goods within Latvia is free of charge. In Latvia we provide the option to return or exchange purchased goods using the platform atgriesana.omniva.lv
